MJ HEALTH FOOD LTD. is seeking a motivated and dependable Sales & Delivery Associate to join our team. This role involves delivering products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and comfortable with heavy lifting and driving. Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for product delivery to various clients and locations
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and safety during transit
- Assist with merchandising at customer locations, including product placement and display setup
- Upsell additional products or promotions to customers during delivery visits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
- Manage pricing adjustments and ensure accurate billing for delivered items
- Maintain organized records of deliveries, sales transactions, and inventory levels
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during driving and delivery routes
Requirements
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly during deliveries and stock management
- Excellent organizational skills for route planning, inventory management, and record keeping
- Basic math skills for handling pricing, transactions, and inventory counts
- Good merchandising knowledge to enhance product presentation at client locations
- Reliable transportation with a good driving history
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules and safety standards
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
