Responsibilities

- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering processes with accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with purchasing decisions, and support pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies on payroll, budgeting, and store procedures
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, coaching, and development initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in retail sales or store management roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and bookkeeping
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing techniques, and retail sales best practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and administrative tasks
- Competency in math for budgeting and sales analysis; familiarity with payroll processes is advantageous
- Multilingual skills enhance customer service capabilities; phone etiquette is essential

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
