Experienced Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Keep in touch with Customers through out the day on status of vehicle
- Relay Customer vehicle concerns to Technicians to ensure Fixed First Visit
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using PBS computer system would be an asset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
