We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for a temporary province-wide recycling bin distribution project across Alberta.
This is a physically demanding role that involves delivering recycling bins to residential properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and earning overtime and performance bonuses, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Deliver recycling bins to areas throughout Alberta.
- Load, unload, and transport bins safely and efficiently.
- Walk extensively throughout the day while carrying and placing bins.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily delivery targets.
- Maintain a professional attitude while working.
Schedule
- Contract: August 24 – September 30
- Typical Work Week: Monday to Saturday, sometimes Sundays in lieu of another day off
- Approximately 60 hours per week
Requirements
- Clean driver's abstract
- Excellent physical fitness – this position involves continuous walking, lifting, and repetitive physical activity.
- Ability to work long days in a variety of weather conditions.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving a U-Haul or similar cube van is considered a strong asset.
- A reliable personal vehicle is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Performance bonuses are paid in addition to your hourly wage based on job productivity.
