Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory, administrative, and communication skills, with experience in managing office functions, human resources, and vendor relationships. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office staff, including front desk personnel and administrative assistants
- Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations
- Oversee payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely supply of office materials and services
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Requirements

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Supervising experience in a team environment is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Experience with front desk operations, clerical tasks, bookkeeping, payroll, and human resources functions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through training & development initiatives
- Experience with vendor management and budgeting is a plus
- Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette
