Located right in Toronto Midtown, we are currently looking for a candidate for a Customer Service Representative position:
Main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Welcoming, listening to, and defining the needs of each client.
- Presenting our various offers and answering questions.
- Registering new clients by providing quality service and a great customer experience.
- Preparing daily reports for management and following up with the team.
Skills of the Customer Service Representative:
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and a sense of initiative.
- Ability to work in a team and and ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships and trust with clients.
