Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Counter Sales Associate for a local contracting supplier in Barrie, ON
Our client is looking for someone with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join their counter staff team assisting their customers with purchases, item selection, and delivery/pick-up.
Outline of Duties
- Providing excellent customer service in assisting customers & contractors with selecting their items & product
- Data entry & retrieval on computer system, including entering customer orders
- Obtain knowledge of items in warehouse.
- Follow-up on customer orders, respond timely to customer needs.
Highlight of Qualifications
- Experience working in Hardware Retail/Customer Service/Counter Sales in a similar capacity (i.e. Rona, Home Depot, Home Hardware etc.)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Computer Proficiency in utilizing in-house POS system and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Reliable, Punctual, and Consistent with Attendance
