With the goal of getting things back to a pre-disaster state Carpenters (Multi-Skilled Tradespeople) use the skills of carpenters, drywallers and painters! What You’ll Do
- Finishing work and fine details, rough and trim
- Installation, doors, trim, moldings, baseboards and hardware
- Repairs to wooden structures of all sorts
- Drywall repairs, mudding, sanding, taping and finishing
- Brush and roller painting (could include walls, ceilings, trim)
- Ceiling installation, knockdown and texturing
- Insulation and vapor barrier installation
- Cabinetry (removal, repair, reinstallation)
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Framing
What You Bring
- 5+ years doing interior carpentry repairs/restoration
- Refined skills with various in-home renovation repairs/restoration vs new build
- Attention to detail, passion for quality and pride in the work you do
- Tools and the skills to use them
- Strong people and communication skills
- A safety mindset
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps and software)
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken

- Restoration work requires documentation and tracking throughout your workday. Are you comfortable operating a phone to navigate through applications and record info as instructed?
- We’re looking for a Finishing Carpenter who takes pride in precision and detail. In this role, you’ll handle the last, most important steps—installing trim, doors, cabinets, and custom finishes that make spaces shine. Please tell us about your finishing skills.
- Are you able to work later than scheduled when required? A job may require an additional hour or two of overtime to be fully complete. Being available to work a bit extra to get the job done is helpful (vs returning the next day for a quick finish). Overtime is paid.
- This position can be physically demanding and requires a person to bend, crouch, reach, kneel, lift, etc. Are you capable of these activities?
- Are you able to work a Rotating On-Call Schedule (Responding to emergency calls after business hours)? This is additional to scheduled daytime hours as per the schedule. Premium and overtime is paid.
