Mitchler Construction is one of Winnipeg's leading framing companies, and is currently hiring experienced carpenters/framers. We are looking for hard-working and motivated individuals to join our team, who are looking to advance their skills in the custom wood-framing field.
As an apprentice/journeyman, you will complete jobs including but not limited to: framing floors, walls, and roofs. You must be reliable, physically fit, hard-working, experienced with power tools and pneumatic tools, and comfortable working from heights (ladders, on rooftops, etc.). We work steady hours year-round, Mon-Fri, with lots of work already booked through 2026!
All applicants must have their own: valid drivers license and vehicle; tool pouch with basic hand tools; steel-toed boots and hardhat.
