Preferred Qualifications
While not all qualifications are required, the following are considered strong assets:
- ISA Certified Arborist or currently enrolled in an Arboriculture program
- Certified Utility Arborist
- IHSA Training
- Tree climbing experience
- Bucket truck operation experience
- Experience operating chainsaws, chippers, skid steers, stump grinders, and other tree care equipment
- Plant Health Care knowledge or Pesticide Applicator License
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- WHMIS Certification
- Book 7 Traffic Control training
- Valid G Driver's Licence (required)
- DZ Licence (preferred)
Experience
- Previous experience in the tree care industry is preferred but not required.
- We are willing to train the right individual who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
