Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented STAGER to join our production team. This role is essential to ensuring material, components, and finished products are accurately prepared and staged for production, assembly, and shipping. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Stage materials and components for CNC's, production, and assembly teams
- Verify materials against job specifications and production drawings
- Ensure accurate labeling and organization of parts
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished good
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized staging areas
- Coordinate with production supervisors to prioritize workflow
- Support inventory control and material tracking
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or millwork environment is an asset
- Ability to read basic production drawings and production packages
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
