Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and swift resolution, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enrich guest experiences
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and front desk professionalism at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
