About the Role
I am looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Personal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in a hybrid work environment. This role includes both in-home office work and virtual tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and has strong organizational and technology skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage electronic files and maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Create and edit documents using Google Docs.
- Design and maintain Google Forms, templates, and other administrative resources.
- Edit and format documents for accuracy and professionalism.
- Create basic graphics, documents, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Organize records.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Drive.
- Experience creating templates, forms, and organized document systems.
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and editing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable working in both a home office and remotely.
