- Child Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children daily.
- Assessment: Observe, document, and guide child development milestones and behaviors.
- Communication: Maintain open, professional relationships with parents regarding child progress.
- Environment Care: Keep learning materials and classroom spaces clean and organized.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with co-educators and assistants to manage classroom flows.
