Job Summary
We are seeking a new or experienced Window Film Tech to join our small team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. This role involves cutting and install window film, understanding the different types of tints, film types and capabilities of each product. A strong customer service mindset would be an asset. There is the opportunity for high upward mobility for the right candidates and the opportunity to earn commission on sales.
Responsibilities
- Be able to read and understand a tape measure.
- Utilize tools to clean glass and install window film in a timely manner
- Notify lead when jobs are completed or if a return trip is necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards while working in clients homes and maintaining a clean work environment.
Skills
- History with tint, window films on flat glass is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the glazing and tint industry.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during setup and installation.
- Previous experience working in a service based setting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
