On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Cash Back Products & Portfolio (Credit Cards) for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Manager, Cash Back Products & Portfolio (Credit Cards) - Job Description:
The project focuses on managing and supporting financial product portfolios in credit cards, particularly cash back products. As part of the Credit Card Engagement & Retention team, the candidate will drive day-to-day execution and operational excellence across the engagement squad to enhance client experience and business results.
Manager, Cash Back Products & Portfolio (Credit Cards) - Responsibilities:
- Support the Squad Lead by coordinating day-to-day operations
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps for smooth delivery
- Ensure alignment across Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Digital workstreams
- Establish standardized marketing workback schedules
- Project manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Execute business routines and track performance metrics
- Support campaign execution and optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture
Manager, Cash Back Products & Portfolio (Credit Cards) - Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager in Product Management, strategy, Marketing, Payments, or Credit Cards
- Recent experience managing or supporting financial product portfolios in credit cards
- Strong understanding of competitive landscape and client-driven product design
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization
Manager, Cash Back Products & Portfolio (Credit Cards) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and squad-based delivery models
- Previous experience with banks and financial institutions with an understanding of credit card products
Manager, Cash Back Products & Portfolio (Credit Cards) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
