City Pets Animal Clinic is looking to hire a Veterinarian to join our wonderful team! We are a privately owned clinic in Victoria BC, near the Oak Bay and Saanich borders.

We focus on client service and patient comfort, and routinely utilize Fear Free techniques. Our shiny-new clinic was established in 1993, but completely rebuilt in 2021. We work in a bright comfortable space, in a beautiful safe neighbourhood with lots of nearby amenities. We are committed to ensuring you have helpful support, sufficient time for appointments/ call-backs/ documentation, up-to-date high-quality equipment, an organized work environment, regular staff meetings, continuing education, and finishing your day at the expected time. No on-call or night-time hours. Our clients often comment about how happy and friendly our employees are.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in a small animal clinic, a friendly demeanour and a desire to build lasting relationships with our amazing clients and patients. An interest in dentistry and/ or surgery is an asset. Both full-time veterinarians (owner and associate) are experienced in surgery and dentistry. We employ locums regularly who are also experienced in surgery and dentistry. We are hoping to hire an associate who is available to work 4 days per week, including one Saturday every 4 weeks. Salary range is from $90,000 to $120,000 annually (plus benefits and CE package) for a 4 day work-week (8:30am-5:30pm). Salary is based on experience and hours/days worked per week.
