Kor Alta Construction Ltd. is seeking an Ticketed Carpenter to join our team in the Edmonton area. We are a general contracting company that manages commercial construction projects from start to finish and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and professional service.

Position Requirements
- Valid Carpenter Certificate (perferred)
- Valid Skid Steer Operator Ticket/Certification (required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and procedures
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Successful candidates must be able to:
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Complete and pass an audiogram (hearing test)
- Complete and pass a respiratory fit test
- Maintain a clean-shaven face as required for respiratory fit testing and site safety requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of commercial carpentry work
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures
- Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure project success
- Adhere to all company safety policies and site-specific safety requirements
