About Into the Wild Tours
Into the Wild Tours is a locally owned and operated tour company based in Canmore, Alberta, specializing in small-group and private experiences throughout Banff National Park, Yoho National Park, Kananaskis, and the Icefields Parkway.
Our mission is simple: to create unforgettable experiences through exceptional guiding, meaningful storytelling, genuine hospitality, and outstanding customer service. We believe every guest deserves more than a tour—they deserve an experience they'll remember for a lifetime.
As our company continues to grow, we're looking for someone who is excited to grow with us and become an integral part of our leadership team.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an organized, motivated, and hands-on Assistant Operations Manager who enjoys solving problems, leading by example, and helping create exceptional guest experiences.
No two days are ever the same.
One morning you may be preparing vehicles and coordinating guides before sunrise departures. Later in the day, you may be helping guests, managing bookings, improving operational procedures, checking in with hotel partners, or even stepping in to guide a private tour.
You'll work directly alongside the Operations Manager and ownership to ensure our tours, guides, vehicles, and guests receive the highest level of care every single day.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing many hats, and want to make a meaningful impact within a growing company, we'd love to meet you.
