JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, the Grotto Spa Patio & Spa Lounge Server plays a unique blended role supporting both Food & Beverage and Spa Operations. This position is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through attentive, polished, and personalized service while supporting the relaxing atmosphere of the Grotto Spa. Whether serving guests on the Spa Patio, Oasis, or Spa Lounge, successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the elevated standards that define the Grotto Spa experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service on the Spa Patio, Oasis, and Spa Lounge
Greet guests warmly and create personalized experiences by anticipating guest needs
- Accurately take orders, process payments, prepare beverages, and assist with food running
- Support Spa operations through services such as cool towel service, sandal rotation, sauna upkeep, and cold plunge maintenance
- Maintain water stations and ensure guest comfort throughout their visit
- Develop strong knowledge of menus, beverage offerings, daily features, and resort amenities
- Collaborate with Culinary, Spa, and Service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Respond to guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
- Follow all food safety, liquor service, health, and workplace safety standards
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Serving It Right certification required
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant, resort, spa, or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated dining service standards considered an asset
- Ability to remain organized and service-focused in a high-volume environment
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
