Auto Glass Technician
ASAP Auto Glass is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team.
We are looking for an individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and can work independently while representing our company professionally.
Job Responsibilities
- Repair windshield stone chips
- Remove and replace windshields and other automotive glass
- Complete mobile and in-shop glass installations
- Operate a stone chip repair tent at various locations as required
- Open MPI and insurance claims when required
- Answer customer phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate paperwork and job records
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are kept clean and organized
- Provide professional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous auto glass installation experience is required
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and handling customer paperwork
- Ability to lift and handle automotive glass safely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with stone chip repairs
- Experience processing MPI or insurance claims
- Experience with mobile glass service
- ADAS calibration experience is considered an asset but not required
