Job Summary
Adamera Minerals is seeking two physically fit, highly motivated individuals to join our Induced Polarization (IP) survey crew. This is a demanding but highly rewarding outdoor role that involves hiking steep, rugged mountain terrain near Hedley, BC, while carrying heavy exploration equipment. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full on-the-job training, daily transportation from Princeton, and an excellent rate of $300 per day. If you are physically fit, love working outdoors, and are ready to work 7 days a week for the duration of this project, we want to hear from you. Recent high school graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
What You Will Do
- Work completely outdoors as part of a geophysical survey (IP) crew.
- Hike steep, mountainous, and rugged terrain every day.
- Safely carry and transport exploration equipment across the project site.
- Follow instructions from crew leaders to set up and execute field surveys.
Qualifications
- Experience: None required! Bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and we will train you. Recent high school graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Location: Must currently live in or around Princeton, BC, to utilize the provided daily transportation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Vehicle Experience: Experience operating ATVs and UTVs is preferred, but not required.
Physical & Operational Requirements
- Physical Fitness: This job is physically demanding. You must be capable of hiking mountains and carrying equipment all day in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work 7 days a week for the full duration of the project.
- Gear: You must provide your own high-quality hiking gear, including proper hiking boots, and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing
