Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Must have a clean diving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
- Perform general manual labor including lifting, carrying, and moving items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Pick ups and Deliveries
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must have Clean Drivers Abstract
- Prior experience in construction, warehouse, or similar manual labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
