Part-Time Receptionist
Gold Pro Massage & Wellness Studio is looking for a friendly, professional, energetic, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team in Sherwood Park. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping keep our busy wellness clinic running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in keeping things organized, and loves supporting both clients and the clinical team.

Position: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Sherwood Park, AB
Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Compensation: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide outstanding customer service from arrival to departure.
- Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, modify, and manage appointments using ClinicSense.
- Process payments and direct billing through online insurance portals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Take ownership of the clinic laundry throughout the day. Laundry is one of the most important responsibilities of this role, helping ensure therapists always have fresh linens available for every client. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys staying productive and takes pride in keeping laundry organized, folded, and consistently up to date.
- Prepare treatment rooms between appointments and assist therapists as needed.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic with various administrative tasks.
- Assist with creating engaging social media content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Participate in occasional videos, behind-the-scenes content, promotional campaigns, and community event coverage.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, email, and phone systems.
- Experience with ClinicSense and insurance direct billing is an asset.
- Experience creating, filming, or editing TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or other social media content is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and contributing creative ideas for social media content.
- A positive, outgoing personality with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys keeping busy and doesn't mind repetitive tasks such as laundry, folding linens, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends.
- Consistent availability for evening shifts and Saturdays is strongly preferred.
