Reporting to the Community Operations Manager(s), you will coordinate administrative supports across multiple Community Addiction and Mental Health Clinics sites. In this fast-paced environment, you will supervise the administrative support team and ensure efficient and consistent clinic operations. Responsibilities include supply ordering, timekeeping, administrative training, staff scheduling, RMS support, supporting Workplace Health and Safety processes, managing systems such as Connect Care, I-procurement, Markview, Fleet Management, overseeing facilities, supply and records management and other related duties as required. You will exercise sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information and any other related duties as required. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including managers, supervisors, addiction counsellors, and mental health therapists while supporting efficient service delivery, appointment scheduling, and management of confidential health information. A positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude is essential to success in this role.
As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience within the last five (5) years providing support to administrative operations in a clinical or complex environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems. Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong leadership, communication, time management and ability to work independently are key assets. Possess the willingness and ability to adapt to new situations and quickly learn new system implementation in a changing environment. Ability to lead team meetings, resolve conflict and deliver excellent client care. Online testing will be administered, and successful completion is required to be considered for this position.
