Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional service to customers as well as a positive attitude and curiosity to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Drive retail sales by recommending products based on customer requirements
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Assist with technical sales inquiries when needed
- Keep the sales area organized and visually appealing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage product displays and inventory
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
