Position Requirements:
-
Perform daily prospecting and generate leads for new subprime business through walk-in, telephone, internet, and referral leads
-
Process Subprime and Prime to Subprime deals which may include the following:
o Submit deals for finance approval
o Structure deals to meet the needs of the customer
o Rehash deals with lenders
o Work all deals diligently

Vehicle delivery including:
o Timely deal funding
o Submit the proper POs for delivery cleans, protection packages, and accessories
o Effectively meet client’s needs on credit insurance and service contracts
o Be an expert at closing on target requirements
o Product selling (100% of the time, 100% of the products)
o Collect all fees/payments
o Research and report on factors influencing business performance
o Analyze competitors and market trends
o Promote the business on social media – must have large social media presence
o Generate your own leads – this may or may not involve a start to finish process of showing the customer the vehicle, selling the vehicle, and then providing the financing for the client
Qualifications:

Minimum of one year’s experience working in Subprime finance

CDK experience is an asset but not necessary

Strong sales skills with proven track record

Excellent negotiation skills

Excellent work ethic and customer service abilities

Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Managerial, organizational, administrative, and computer skills (i.e., proficient in MS Word and Excel)

Be innovative, keen to learn, and have a positive attitude
Additional language skills, particularly Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu, are an asset.
Pay and hours:
