Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure regular maintenance on various HVAC/R equipment, including commercial and residential sectors
- Perform maintenance, service and installations to desired manufacturer specifications.
- Perform specific and general equipment inspections, relating to HVAC/R.
- Respond to emergency service requests, when on-call role is provided.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults related to commercial and residential HVAC/R equipment.
- Abide by up to date information in regards to any HVAC/R equipment, code and regulation.
- Abide to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Completed a minimum of grade 12 or Equivalent.
- Meet company requirements concerning qualifications for role applied.
- Must have minimum of legal Gas Technician 2 License.
- Must have valid G drivers License.
- Must be willing to wear company Work Attire
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with employees and customers.
- Willing to keep company vehicle clean and maintained.
- 3-5 years of in field experience relating to HVAC/R Service work is an asset.
Experience
- 3-5 years of HVAC experience
Licenses
- G2 Gas Technician License (Required)
- ODP Certificate (Required)
Salary: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
