Working closely with the Corporate Controller, the successful candidate will support accounts payable and payroll processes, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to efficient financial operations, including reconciliations and month-end close activities. Main responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and payroll activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Process financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and complete account reconciliations to support the integrity of financial reporting
- Support payroll administration, including processing, reporting, and related compliance activities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and other financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve inquiries and support efficient financial operations
- Contribute to process improvements and provide general accounting support as needed

Qualifications
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience processing Canadian payroll, including payroll reporting and statutory remittance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and electronic payment platforms
How You Will Be Rewarded:
- $60,000 – $73,000 annual salary range
