Lead and supervise the Maintenance Department, ensuring safe and efficient day-to-day operations.
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
Coordinate maintenance activities with Production to support operational goals and minimize disruptions.
Supervise maintenance contractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Monitor maintenance performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and support root cause analysis to prevent recurring equipment failures.
