We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and experience working with children. The Tutor will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment and helping students build confidence in their abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or group math tutoring sessions to students across different age ranges and skill levels
- Assist students with homework, test preparation, and understanding core concepts in math
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that motivates students to succeed
Requirements
- Experience working with children in educational or tutoring settings
- Strong knowledge of math, computer science, or related subjects; classroom experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
