This position is an existing vacancy.
As an Associate Sales Director supporting within Ontario you will work closely with other sales team members to develop and maintain advisor relationships.
You will…

Develop and maintain key advisor relationships within region, this includes but not limited to cold calling, maintaining a call rotation, conducting some face to face (or virtual) appointments, and conducting presentations

Provide life products inside sales support for Sales Directors and Sales Management, including but not limited to running illustrations, consulting with advisors on cases, comparing ivari’s product offerings with those of the competition sand maintaining strong working knowledge of ivari systems, tools, and internal processes to effectively support advisors and sales leaders.

Attend Greatway related events (in person and virtual) throughout the year (occasional evening and weekends expected), as well as some travel may be required

Identify training needs and recommend sales/marketing solutions to advisors with focus on maximizing sales within the region

Liaise between producers/advisors and head office to ensure highest standard of service

Maintain detailed and timely records of advisor interactions and sales activities within the CRM to ensure clear documentation of relationship progression and business opportunities.
What we are looking for…

Proven problem solving, customer service and organizational skills is critical to this role

Knowledge of the Canadian Life Insurance industry and products with at least 3 - 4 years of experience

University degree or equivalent work experience

Sound knowledge of market competition (products, concepts and processes)

Proven ability to seek and identify new business opportunities

Proven ability to build on existing business

Ability to forecast needs of Sales Directors as well as producers/advisors

Solid business acumen

Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written

Effective time management skills with the ability to manage numerous relationships well

Highly motivated with a desire to be successful

Awareness and integrity as it relates to the team’s compliance management activities

The ability to work independently and in a team environment

G Class Driver’s Licence
What we pay…
$66,500 to $85,000 + a competitive sales bonus target paid out on a quarterly basis.
