Bilingual SaaS Sales Representative – Medical Aesthetics
Sthetic AI Inc. is an early-stage medical aesthetics technology company based in Ontario. We are building a clinic-facing AI consultation platform that helps medical aesthetics clinics use mobile 3D scanning and visual simulation to improve patient consultations, reduce communication gaps, and help patients better understand possible treatment plans.
We are looking for a bilingual SaaS Sales Representative to help us introduce Sthetic AI to medical aesthetics clinics, medspas, cosmetic clinics, injectors, and clinic owners across the Greater Toronto Area and potentially other Canadian markets.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is confident in client-facing conversations, and is interested in beauty, medical aesthetics, AI, SaaS, or clinic-facing technology. Previous sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in beauty, medical aesthetics, healthcare, SaaS, luxury service, or B2B sales.
The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, strong Mandarin Chinese communication skills, and the ability to speak professionally with clinic owners, managers, injectors, doctors, and medical aesthetics professionals.
This is an early sales role, so you will work closely with the founder and product team. Your work will not only involve sales, but also helping us understand clinic feedback, improve our sales process, and shape our early market expansion strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clinic customers, including medical aesthetics clinics, medspas, injectors, cosmetic dermatology clinics, and plastic surgery-related businesses
- Contact clinic owners, managers, and decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, referrals, and in-person outreach when appropriate
- Book product demos and discovery calls with qualified clinics
- Present Sthetic AI’s platform clearly and professionally to potential clinic customers
- Explain how 3D visualization and AI-assisted consultation tools can help clinics improve patient communication, consultation quality, and sales conversion
- Follow up with leads and help move clinics from first contact to trial or paid subscription
- Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, follow-up tasks, and clinic feedback
- Work directly with the founder to improve outreach messages, sales scripts, pricing feedback, objection handling, and product positioning
- Collect real-world feedback from clinics and communicate product needs to the internal team
- Represent Sthetic AI professionally in all clinic-facing communication
Requirements
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- Previous sales, business development, customer service, clinic-facing, beauty, medical aesthetics, SaaS, or high-end service experience is strongly preferred
- Enjoys communicating with people and feels comfortable building relationships with new clients
- Confident speaking with business owners, clinic managers, medical aesthetics professionals, and high-end service providers
- Comfortable doing outbound outreach, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn/Instagram messages, follow-ups, and booking product demos
- Comfortable presenting or demonstrating a software product to potential clinic customers
- Strong interest in medical aesthetics, AI, software, 3D visualization, or clinic technology
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in an early-stage startup environment
- Comfortable using basic sales tools such as spreadsheets, CRM tools, email, calendars, and video calls
- Able to work hybrid in Mississauga and travel to clinics in the Greater Toronto Area when needed
Assets
- Previous experience selling to clinics, medspas, beauty businesses, healthcare practices, or small business owners
- Previous SaaS, software, or technology sales experience
- Experience working in or around the medical aesthetics industry
- Cantonese or French communication skills
- Existing network in medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or clinic ownership
- Ability to create simple sales materials, outreach messages, or social media-based lead lists
Compensation
Pay range: $18–$30 per hour, including base hourly pay plus commission.
Base hourly pay starts at $18/hour. In addition to the hourly base pay, this role includes commission for successful clinic sales or paid subscriptions. Total earning potential may increase based on sales performance.

Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario. Some work can be done remotely, but the role may require in-person clinic visits, product demonstrations, meetings, and local travel across the Greater Toronto Area.

- Flexible hours may be available
- Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for clinic meetings, demos, or industry-related opportunities
