Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight. Operating and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism to meet the company's transportation needs across various locations in AB/BC.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and container genset, to transport freight
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle maintenance records, and compliance documentation
- Assist troubleshooting minor mechanical issues when necessary
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation activities
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and deliveries
Skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and safety checks
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to operate truck and chassis safely and efficiently in various conditions

Pay: $18.60-$35.45 per hour
