Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to our menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with meal preparation and other food service tasks as needed, including chopping ingredients and preparing toppings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Keep workstations organized and clean, following proper sanitation practices at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary and ensuring their satisfaction with their meals.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly with pizza making or similar culinary skills, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining high standards of quality.
