The Delivery Specialist is responsible in ensuring that that each one of our customers receives excellent and special service with regards to the delivery of their recent purchase of their New or Certified Pre-Owned Audi.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with the customer to explain your role going forward.
- Assist in the coordination with the sales staff for vehicle delivery.
- Processing and ensuring that registration and insurance is in place.
- Following up on aftermarket items and/or accessories.
- Ascertaining that Final Quality Inspection (FQI) is scheduled and completed.
- Ensuring vehicle is prepared for delivery.
- Obtaining books and second key.
- Physical delivery and explaining main features.
- Assist in scheduling the first service appointment.
- Varied additional duties.

Qualifications:
- Previous automotive, customer service, or delivery experience is a definitive asset.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a definitive asset to support our diverse client base.
Compensation:
- In addition to the posted salary range, this role offers bonus/incentive earning potential.
Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
