Job Summary
Kirwin Fryday Medcalf Lawyers is seeking an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk to join our established practice in the Talbot Centre in downtown London, Ontario.
This is a full-time position with an anticipated start date of August 4, 2026, although a later start date may be accommodated for the successful candidate.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a real estate law clerk who can independently manage a broad range of residential and commercial real estate transactions from opening to closing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and client service skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and reliability.
Proficiency with Teraview, Assyst Real Estate, Closer, title insurance platforms is essential, as well as working with standard office platforms (Adobe Pro, Office 365, etc.).
