We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive person to join our growing e-commerce team. This isn't a traditional desk job—some days you'll be filming TikToks, other days you'll be packing customer orders, organizing inventory, helping with photoshoots, or supporting exciting product launches.

What You'll Do
- Film, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and stay on top of social media trends.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our online community.
- Pack and ship customer orders with care and attention to detail.
- Receive, organize, count, and restock inventory.
- Load, unload, and move inventory shipments, including lifting boxes weighing up to 30-35 lbs.
- Assist with product photoshoots, content creation days, pop-up events, and other brand activities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized workspace and inventory area.
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks as needed.
- Jump in wherever help is needed—we're a small team, and everyone wears multiple hats.
What We're Looking For
- Creative with a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Comfortable filming yourself and others using an iPhone or similar smartphone.
- Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) as part of regular job duties.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly.
Bonus Points
- Experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands.
