Full-Time Dog Walker & Shuttle Driver
Bark Buddies Toronto is looking for a reliable, responsible, and dog-loving individual to join our team as a Full-Time Dog Walker & Shuttle Driver.
We are located in Midtown Toronto near Yonge & St. Clair. This is a Monday to Friday position, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
About the Role
This position combines dog transportation and dog walking. Your day will involve safely transporting our dogs around Toronto and providing them with exercise and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking up daycare dogs from their homes and safely transporting them to our facility
- Picking up dogs who are scheduled for walks and bringing them to appropriate walking locations
- Walking and exercising dogs while ensuring their safety and well-being
- Safely transporting multiple dogs at a time
- Ensuring dogs are safely secured and comfortable during transportation
- Providing excellent care and attention to each dog
- Following daily schedules and maintaining reliable pickup and drop-off times
Requirements
- Must have your own SUV or van suitable for transporting multiple dogs
- Must have a valid Ontario G driver's licence
- Must provide a police background check
- Must have a clean and responsible driving record
- Must be comfortable handling and walking multiple dogs
- Must genuinely love dogs and enjoy working with them
- Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and comfortable working independently
- Previous experience working with dogs is an asset
