FUEL - The Health and Wellness Collective is a multi-disciplinary health and wellness clinic in Edmonton. Our treatments target the causes of pain and injury and work to restore maximum body function and balance.
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist/manager in our healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

What you can expect as part of your role:
● Greet and assist patients with a positive and friendly demeanor on the phone and in person.
● Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications and process insurance billings and payments.
● Handle phone calls, emails, voicemails, inquiries, and patient check-ins in a timely manner.
● Coordinate and support practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and entire clinic, including laundry.
● Jane booking software experience is required.
● Marketing and events coordination including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website management.
● Other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the team:
● Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, administrator or similar role.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media and Jane App.
● Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, printers etc.).
● Professional attitude and appearance.
● Solid written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
● Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
● Customer service attitude and team player.
● Assist patients to feel comfortable before, during and after their visits; provide support and compassion to patients. Maintain patient confidentiality and the ability to be discreet and thoughtful.
● High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
