Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
Skills
- Proven experience in food handling, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Previous experience in the food industry, restaurant, or food service is a plus
