Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager/Sales professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding our business footprint, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with a solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies. Experience with Salesforce and analysis skills will be highly valued to optimize account management and business development efforts.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing accounts
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead negotiations to close deals that align with company objectives while maximizing value for clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports for performance analysis
- Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Experience in marketing strategies relevant to sales growth initiatives
- Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting market data and sales metrics
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership experience in guiding teams or projects toward successful outcomes
- Prior experience in industries related to our business will be considered a plus

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
