Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients’ homes, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to develop a variety of skills in a supportive work environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and tools to ensure efficiency and safety during each service
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while respecting clients’ privacy and property
- Ensure all work areas are left tidy and presentable after each cleaning session
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
