We are looking for a motivated, energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Calgary. In this role, you will handle a healthy mix of warm incoming inquiries, customer follow-ups, and occasional proactive outreach (cold calling) to help us find and secure new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
- Connect: Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads via phone and email.
- Consult: Understand customer needs and match them with the right products/services.
- Close: Guide customers through the buying process and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Inventory Accuracy: Overseeing regular cycle counts and stock audits to prevent shrinkage (lost/stolen items) and stockouts.
- Receiving & Shipping: Supervising inbound deliveries (checking for damage, correct quantities) and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers or other branches.
- Space Optimization: Organizing the physical layout of the warehouse so high-velocity items and the machinery that handles them can move safely and quickly.
- OSHA / Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring the workspace strictly complies with local safety laws.
- Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance schedules, equipment repairs, and safety compliance for all machinery to maximize operational uptime.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or retail experience (inside sales experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right attitude!).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to hit targets and make money.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM software
