Job Summary:
We're a Canadian Merchant Cash Advance lender looking to add experienced inside sales agents to our team. Warm leads provided.
What You'll Do:
- Call and close warm inbound and pre-qualified leads
- Walk merchants through the MCA process, gather documents, and submit files to underwriting
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to funded deal
- Hit weekly activity and funding targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience in MCA or business lending (required - please do not apply without this)
- Strong phone skills and closing ability
- Comfortable working a high-volume pipeline
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Compensation:
- $75,000 – $300,000 per year (commission-based, top performers at the high end)
- Base salary available for candidates with a proven track record, or who prove themselves during an initial trial period
Pay: $75,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
