We are looking for an experienced, driven Service Manager to oversee all operations within our Service Department. You will ensure profitable performance, high customer satisfaction, and long-term retention aligned with Brand quality standards. Leading a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to deliver an exceptional experience every time a vehicle enters our shop.
The Service Manager oversees all operations within the Service Department to ensure profitable performance, high customer satisfaction, and long-term retention aligned with Brand quality and brand standards. This role manages service advisors, technicians, and support staff to maintain operational efficiency, optimize workflow, and ensure an exceptional service experience for every customer. The Service Manager drives revenue through productivity, effective scheduling, quality control, and strategic planning for fixed operations growth.
Education and Experience

Minimum high School Diploma equivalent

3-5 years of experience in automotive service management or assistant service management

A college certificate or additional automotive/management courses are an asset

Valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record

Knowledge of organizational health and safety.
Work Conditions

Fast -paced environment with constant interaction with staff and customers

Flexibility required for extended hours, weekends, and peak periods

Regular movement between the service lane, shop floor, and administration office

Exposure to shop environment: noise, machinery, tools. and vehicles
