Tasks
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Build friendly, respectful relationships with regulars and new visitors
- Check IDs and ensure all sales comply with local cannabis laws
- Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
- Educate customers on strains, effects, and proper usage
- Handle transactions accurately using POS system (cash/card)
- Help restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store
- Support inventory checks and communicate low stock
- Keep up with new products, promotions, and cannabis trends
