About us:
Thrive and Shine located on Admirals and Colville. We are mainly known for our all-day breakfast but we have delicious lunch items too. Most of our meals are grab and go. We heat items up in the turbo chef, so it takes less that one minute to have a hot meal for our customers. We also serve Aromano coffee and various baked goods. We are set up for grab and go so people can grab items on the run. We promote a friendly, positive environment for our team and customers. We pride ourselves on great customer service!
What we are looking for:
A team player, that can handle the barista and cashier position. It's important that you have great customer service skills and takes pride in our brand. You must be a multi-tasker, responsible, reliable, outgoing, and trustworthy. Someone that can stay calm and handle the front end when busy but also stay busy in the quiet times by stocking up and keeping the Bistro clean. Detail of duties can be discussed at the time of interview. Those are the attributes that will fit well into our group.
