Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using advanced tools and schematics
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to execute repair tasks effectively
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and assembly instructions to troubleshoot issues
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components during repairs or upgrades
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or installing parts or equipment
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and dealership policies
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair
- Mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience with automotive maintenance procedures and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid mechanic license or certification is required or preferred
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
