The Breakfast Cook / Line Cook at Eganridge has the following responsibilities.
- prepare and produce breakfast and other meals, according to company specification all items pertaining to the designated station.
- maintains work areas in a clean, orderly manner and that all staff abides by policies of the Health & Safety authority.
- maintain the proper, orderly rotation of stock, maintain minimal inventory and minimize waste in the kitchen.
- be availalbe for all kitchen shifts, if required,
- To be familiar with all kitchen equipment, and to familiarize oneself with their immediate surroundings within the restaurant.
- conscientious about reducing restaurant waste.
- Prepare the orders immediately upon receipt and communicate efficiently with the service staff.
- Keep kitchen area completely clean, organized and restock line for following shift.
- be knowledgeable of all company policies and adhere to them.
- take direction and work well within a team kitchen environment as well as independently.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
